The Script Factory is the UK’s leading script development organisation. Founded in 1996, it has pioneered professional training in the areas of script reading and script development.

The New Zealand Writers Guild is proud to announce the finalists in the Scriptwriters Awards NZ 2010.
Congratulations to all of you who entered, the judges were very impressed and the decisions were hard to make.
The winners will be announced at the SWANZ event on the evening of November the 10th, 7pm, at the Jubilee Hall, Parnell, Auckland.
This will be a fantastic night and a chance to relax, enjoy good wine and good company and to celebrate something positive!

NZ On Screen is delighted to present this record of Brian Brake’s formative moving image work to complement the launch of a major Brake exhibition at Te Papa. Alongside the exhibition surveying Brake’s life’s work, a magnificent book, Brian Brake: Lens on the World (edited by Athol McCredie), has been published by Te Papa Press. The exhibition opens on 23 October 2010.

The event will focus on demystifying writer, producer and director relationships as well as scrutinising the functions of a creative producer and the business of collaboration.
